No. RepairBiz is a digital software service and payments are non-refundable once processed. We strongly recommend using the free 30-day trial to evaluate the platform first.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time. Your account stays fully active until the end of the current paid billing period and you will not be charged again.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

Your data stays accessible through the end of your billing period, and you can request an export. We recommend exporting before your subscription ends.

Do I need special hardware?

No. RepairBiz runs in the browser on any PC, Mac, tablet or phone, and works with standard barcode scanners, thermal printers and card terminals.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Contact support and we'll move you over. Switching does not create a refund for the current billing period.
