Can employees see my profit, costs and payroll?
Only if you grant those modules. Permissions are set per employee and per module, so a counter tech can be limited to POS, repairs and customers while financials, payroll and vendor costs stay owner-only.
Does it work for more than one location?
You can run multiple registers and terminals under one business with per-register settings, sessions and cash counts. Separate legal entities are best set up as separate businesses.
How does the screen lock work?
You enable it and set an idle timeout. After that period with no activity the app locks and requires the account PIN to resume, so an unattended counter screen isn't left open.
What exactly gets recorded in the audit log?
Actions across repairs, payments, inventory, customers, employees and system settings — including refunds, voids, status changes and adjustments — each with the person, timestamp, amount and reference number.
